Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller Executives to join our Used Car Loan Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining car loan finance options, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into successful loan disbursements.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding used car loan finance.

- Generate and follow up on leads for car loan applications.

- Explain loan eligibility, documentation requirements, and the application process to customers.

- Collect basic customer information and understand their loan requirements.

- Coordinate with Team Leaders and the sales team for login and disbursement of loan files.

- Follow up with customers and banks/NBFCs regarding loan application status.

- Maintain daily calling records, lead status, and follow-up reports.

- Achieve assigned monthly login and disbursement targets.

- Ensure professional communication and maintain positive customer relationships.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
