About the RoleJetking Infotrain Limited is looking for a passionate and technically skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Khar, Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Hardware, Cyber Security, and Cloud Computing, along with the ability to deliver engaging, practical, and industry-oriented training to students.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training in CCNA, Networking, Hardware, Cyber Security Basics, Cloud Computing Fundamentals, and Windows & Linux Administration.
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions and assist students in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Develop training materials, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual guidance to improve technical skills.
- Conduct mock interviews and support students with technical interview and placement preparation.
- Maintain accurate student attendance, batch reports, assessments, and training records.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and relevant IT certifications.
- Create an engaging and interactive learning environment to enhance student outcomes.

Required Skills




- Robust understanding of Networking and IT Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of routers, switches, IP addressing, TCP/IP, and LAN/WAN concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and basic server administration.
- Basic knowledge of Cyber Security and Cloud Computing.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a student-focused mentoring approach.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Certifications such as CCNA, RHCSA, CompTIA, or Cyber Security certifications will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
