We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide customer service and technical support across India.
Immediate Joining Required
What you'll do:
- Troubleshoot and support equipment
- Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve equipment processes
What we're looking for:
- 1+ years of experience in equipment installation or maintenance
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunications, Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience and understanding on PLC
Freshers with solid technical fundamentals and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply!
