- Resolving network issues
- Troubleshooting problems related to hardware and software

- Providing accurate customer feedback
- Managing multiple cases at a single time

- Testing new technologies
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 yr experience

- Excellent communications skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy profile

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) - Passed Out
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, and similar job role
- Able to help desk software

- Positive verbal communication
