Shift: US Shift (24 7, Primarily Night Shifts)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in International Voice Process (Technical Support)

Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferably Technical Background)

We are hiring Technical Support Executives for a leading US-Based Telecom Project in Noida. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and experience in resolving customer queries over the phone, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound voice calls from US-based customers regarding technical queries.

Diagnose and troubleshoot internet connectivity, telecom,



and networking issues .

- Coordinate with internal teams for quick and accurate issue resolution.

Proactively escalate unresolved cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM. Required Skills: verbal and written English communication

Good knowledge of computer networking and telecom basics. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver results within deadlines.
