Technical Support Executive

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide in office and remote support to clients. The role involves handling hardware, networking, and server-related issues, along with assisting clients via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support through calls, email, and chat
- Visit client locations in Mumbai and outstation when required for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, networking devices, servers, and GPU systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain proper documentation of client queries and resolutions
- Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technical solutions
- Ensure timely responses and maintain professional communication with clients at all times

Requirements




- Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, servers, and GPU systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Willingness to travel to client locations across Mumbai and outside Mumbai, depending on client requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Laptop is compulsory and must be brought to the office for work.

Stipend - 10,000 per month
