- Technical Support:Provide technical support to internal teams, customers, or end-users
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software-related

- Offer guidance and assistance on technical matters
- Maintenance and Upkeep:Maintain and update technical systems, equipment, and infrastructure
- Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as needed

- Ensure the availability and reliability of technical resources
- Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and procedures
- Document technical configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps





- Training and Education:Deliver technical training to employees or end-users to enhance their technical skills
- Keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge within the organization
- System Integration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize technical systems and solutions

- Ensure seamless operation and compatibility of technical components
- Security and Compliance:Implement security measures and protocols to protect technical assets and data

- Inventory and Resource Management:Manage inventory of technical assets, including hardware, software, and components
- Monitor resource utilization and make recommendations for procurement or retirement
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Investigate root causes of technical problems and implement preventive measures
- Vendor and Supplier Interaction:Liaise with vendors and suppliers for technical support, procurement, and service agreements
