Technical Security Engineer Trend Micro
Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
Relevant Trend Micro experience preferred
- Manage, monitor, and upgrade Trend Micro Apex One, Apex Central, and Deep Security Manager (DSM).
- Work on Anti-Malware (AM), File Integrity Monitoring (FIM), Application Control (ACC), and Intrusion Prevention System (IPS).
- Monitor security alerts and generate reports for Windows and non-Windows servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve antivirus and security-related issues through tickets, calls, and emails.
- Identify and close Vulnerability Assessment (VA) findings.
- Support Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments across Bangalore and Mahape, Navi Mumbai.
- Attend a customer interview as part of the selection process.
