Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent across various IT and engineering roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for open roles.
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit.




- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on current trends in technical hiring and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2 5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skills (e.g., developers, DevOps, data engineers, etc.).
- Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
