Job Summary

We are seeking a technically strong Project Manager to lead software delivery across healthcare applications, AI products and enterprise platforms. The role requires practical technical understanding, strong communication and close coordination with architects, developers, QA, business teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from requirement gathering and planning through development, testing and release.
- Coordinate backend, frontend, DevOps and QA teams to deliver agreed project outcomes.
- Translate healthcare workflows into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work on applications involving EMR/EHR, Hospital Management Systems, patient records, appointments, telemedicine and ABHA integrations.
- Understand and document REST APIs, JSON structures, authentication and third-party integrations.
- Coordinate data mapping, validation and migration activities.
- Prepare user flows, process flows, sequence diagrams and system diagrams.
- Manage epics, backlogs, sprint planning, defects and release tracking in Jira.




- Coordinate UAT, regression testing, release readiness and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Track dependencies, risks and delivery blockers, and escalate issues promptly.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decisions with development teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience, with experience in technical project or product management.
- At least 3 years of experience with healthcare products and domain workflows.
- Strong understanding of healthcare applications and integrations.
- Practical knowledge of REST APIs, Swagger, Postman and authentication.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, data validation and migration.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Familiarity with Confluence or Notion, Figma, Draw.io or Lucidchart.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps, application security and AI/GenAI products.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to work closely with architects and developers on technical execution.

Preferred Skills
- PMP, CSM, PSM or SAFe certification.
- Experience delivering AI/ML or e-governance projects.

Pay: ₹1,043,000.00 - ₹2,060,000.00 per year
