Technical Recruiter We are having immediate openings on Domestic IT Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter for our Noida, Uttar Pradesh office.

Role & Responsibility:

- 1) Responsible for handling IT requirements from Indian based clients.
- Responsible for full - cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster) , Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status Desired Candidates: Looking for a 1 to 5 + years experience in Domestic IT Recruitment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferably should have experience of working with Non Direct & Direct Clients Should have excellent communication skills. Should be from Domestic recruitment background. Positive interpersonal and team coordination skills. Must be proactive & self - driven. Must be a quick thinker.
