Role & responsibilities The Technical Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and reliability of business-critical IT infrastructure and applications. The role involves leading technical operations teams across Infrastructure, Database, Middleware, and Application Support functions while driving operational excellence, incident management, automation, and continuous service improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

- Lead 24x7 IT Operations and Support teams to ensure SLA compliance and service excellence.

- Manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request processes across the organization.

- Monitor infrastructure health, availability, capacity, and performance to ensure business continuity.

- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive and corrective actions.

- Ensure timely resolution of critical production incidents and major outages.

- Manage Windows and Linux server environments.

- Oversee Cloud Operations across Azure, AWS, and Hybrid Cloud platforms.

- Maintain High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity frameworks.

- Manage backup, restore, failover testing, and disaster recovery exercises.

- Administer and support Oracle and PostgreSQL database environments.





- Monitor database replication, performance, backup success rates, and patch compliance.

- Support database upgrades, migrations, and HA/DR architecture initiatives.

- Drive automation and operational efficiency through DevOps practices.

- Manage CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and infrastructure automation.

- Implement and maintain monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions.

- Ensure compliance with security policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.

- Lead vulnerability remediation, patch management, and security hardening activities.

- Manage certificate lifecycle, privileged access management, and access controls.

- Implement and manage monitoring platforms such as Grafana.

- Develop operational dashboards, KPI reporting, and service performance metrics.

- Act as the primary technical escalation point for operational issues.

- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Present operational reviews, service reports, and improvement plans to leadership.

- Lead, mentor, and manage technical operations teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives
