- CCPM Active 1,2,3,4 packets
- CQC 2-2-2-2 methodology,8D - format and each step
- Customer specific to Hydraulic applications.
- Technical Product Specification. (TDIF)
- Analytical - problem solving
- Design cost effective solution to address needs/pain of a customer

- Negotiation
- Listening, observing, asking right questions after observation
