The Technical

Officer will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to contribute to the valuation process.Key Responsibilities:Property Inspection and Evaluation:Conduct thorough on-site inspections of properties, assets, and real estate developments.Assess the structural integrity, condition, and quality of construction of the properties.Collect relevant data, measurements, and photographs to support the valuation process.Technical Analysis:Analyze technical documents, blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications related to the properties.Evaluate the materials used, construction techniques,



and adherence to building codes and regulations.Identify any potential issues or discrepancies that may impact the property's value or marketability.Valuation Report Preparation:Prepare detailed and accurate technical valuation reports that outline the findings from inspections and analyses.Collaborate with valuation analysts and appraisers to integrate the technical assessment into the overall valuation process.Provide transparent explanations and justifications for the property's assessed value based on technical factors.Data Management and Documentation:Maintain organized records of inspection findings, measurements, photographs, and other relevant data.Ensure all documentation adheres to industry standards, legal requirements, and internal quality assurance processes.Communication and Collaboration:Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to provide insights into the technical aspects of the valuation.Collaborate with appraisers, engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive valuation approach.Industry Trends and Training:Stay updated on industry trends, property market dynamics, and relevant technical advancements.Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and valuation skills.
