Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA
- You must have experience of 8 to 12 years
- Proficient in C#.NET application development
- You must be proficient in C#.NET, WPF, WCF, MVVM, Entity Framework/NHibernate, Windows Services, SQL, Object oriented programming, Clean code, UML, Design principles & patterns, Dependency Injection, Multithreaded programming, REST
- Hands on experience in developing .NET Core and ASP.NET Core MVC application development
- Experience working with Type script/Java script, Single-page application, HTML/CSS
- Good knowledge and experience in database concepts, database tools e.g. MS SQL database
- Experience in using ALM/Configuration management tools e.g. Azure DevOps, GIT/SVN
- Static code analysis using tools like SonarQube, Code Analysis
- Writing unit test with NUnit or MS Test
- Experience in CI/CD implementation and maintenance
- Experience working with Windows 10 IoT would be added advantage
- Having work experience using microservice architecture would be added advantage
- Knowledge in gRPC, RPC, MQTT, SignalR would be added advantage
- Knowledge in Cloud and IoT would be added advantage
- Have good knowledge of SDLC and project execution methodology




- You must be conversant with Agile software development processes / methodologies

- Provide technical solutions that conform to requirements with a strong focus on end-users, high quality (QMS/regulatory standards), performance, safety and security.
- Research, evaluate solutions, prototype by applying suitable technologies, propose and follow through with implementation.
- Provide estimations using standard methods and support project manager in creation of project plan
- Perform technical risk assessment and mitigate
- Exhibit good problem-solving skills by applying suitable techniques
- Design, code, document, test (automated), maintain complex features.
- Drive best practices in design and code review using tools/manual methods
- Guiding project teams in automation test implementation
- Build and deploy the application to various environments,
- Assist in creation and maintenance of development and deployment pipelines.
- Implement, monitor, and meet code quality metrics.
- Work closely with software engineers and architects to define/refine the solutions aligned with the business needs
- Challenge assumptions constructively.




- Understand multiple point of views and help arrive at conclusions in timely manner.
- Work independently with minimal guidance.
- As a technical lead, guide project teams in successful development and delivery of applications
- Support team in code optimization and refactoring
- Support in analyzing technical debts and addressing those with roadmap
- Participate in all phases of software development
- Participate as a team member in fully agile deliveries
- Mentor /coach engineers to facilitate team development and provide technical leadership.
- Experience in working with international environment with a multicultural team
- Exhibit excellent team collaboration and good in communication
