Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Lead the development of complex PHP-based web applications, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of PHP developers, guiding them in best practices, architecture, and coding standards
- Architectural Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect solutions that align with business and technical requirements
- Code Review: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and consistency within the team
- Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, implement optimizations, and conduct load testing
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation,



including architecture diagrams, code documentation, and development guidelines
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Security: Implement and ensure adherence to security best practices to protect against vulnerabilities
- Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Development Lifecycle: Manage the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, estimation, project planning, and delivery

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of database design and SQL, including optimization techniques
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (eg, JavaScript frameworks) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Robust communication and teamwork abilities
