Daily standups, sprint planning, retros, metrics, coaching teams, driving continuous improvement. Acts as the liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Scrum, Secure, ADO/Jira, metrics (CFD, velocity), facilitation, conflict management.

Tech Expertise - Java 17, J2EE (JPA, JDBC, JNDI, JSP, Servlets, JMS), XML, LDAP, XSLT, JavaScript, HTML, Tag libraries, JSTL,Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, REST Service, JSON, jQuery, Angular, Junit and Python (Preferable),

Framework: Hibernate, Spring, Kafka and Drools,

DB : MongoDB, Oracle

Tools : BitBucket, Github and Bamboo





Run ceremonies, basic impediment tracking.

Improve team velocity, coach junior members.

Lead small-to-medium projects. Drive Agile maturity, manage cross-team dependencies.

Manage large or multiple projects.
