About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead Developer based in Hyderabad, India, with expertise in Full Stack Development

Key Responsibilities

- Full Stack Development :
- Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications and APIs using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
- Design and optimize backend systems and microservices architecture.
- Integrate AI/ML models with front-end applications for seamless user experiences.

- Client Solutions Delivery

- Act as the primary technical contact for client engagements, understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality, AI-driven applications tailored to their specific needs.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects while maintaining a solid focus on client satisfaction.




- Conduct client workshops and training sessions to demonstrate solutions and gather feedback.

- Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data engineers.

- DevOps and Cloud

- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless development and deployment workflows.
- Monitor application performance and implement solutions for optimization and scaling.

Qualifications and Skills

- Technical Expertise :
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript (Node.js), Java, or similar languages.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of database management (SQL, NoSQL).

- Leadership

- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
- Strong project management and teamwork skills.
