Job Title: Agentic AI Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Technical Lead with strong expertise in LLM orchestration, AI-powered application development, Microsoft Graph API, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing agentic workflows, integrating AI agents with enterprise systems, and implementing secure, approval-based AI actions.

Mandatory Skills & Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using Azure OpenAI, GPT-based systems, or similar LLM technologies.Design and implement agentic workflows, including intent classification, multi-step actions, and tool orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, structured responses, and context management.
- Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise APIs such as CRM, ERP, and other backend systems.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API for Outlook, email, calendar, and contacts integration.




- Experience with backend write-back APIs and tool-calling mechanisms.
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC), secure execution, and human-in-the-loop approval workflows.
- Ensure AI-driven data modification actions require user confirmation before submission.
- Robust problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in an Agile delivery environment.

Good To Have

- Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar agent frameworks.
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool-based agent architectures.
- Dynamic MCP tool schema generation based on admin configurations.
- Multi-channel AI integrations with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and chat interfaces.
- AI response validation, fallback logic, and error handling.
- Entity resolution and handling ambiguous matches in conversational workflows.
