Role Overview

- The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design and development of customized IT applications.

- The role includes providing technical direction to the development team, ensuring adherence to design standards, and supporting the Project Manager and Solution Architect in successful project execution.

- The Technical Lead will play a hands-on role while guiding the team through the development lifecycle.

Educational Qualification

- B.E / B.Tech / MCA from a recognized university or institution.

General Experience

- Minimum 5- 8+ years of relevant experience in design and development of customized IT applications.

- Proven experience in leading software development teams.

- Hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Core Technical Skills

- Solid experience in application architecture and detailed technical design.

- Experience in developing enterprise-grade, customized IT applications.

- Ability to guide teams on coding standards, best practices, and technical troubleshooting.

- Experience in coordinating with architects and project managers to align technical implementation with solution design.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design and development of customized IT applications.

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development team members.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design guidelines, and best practices.

- Review technical designs, code, and implementation deliverables.





- Coordinate with Solution Architect to ensure alignment with overall system architecture.

- Support the Project Manager in planning, estimation, and technical risk management.

- Resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of development milestones.

Certifications

- Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or equivalent.

Additional Experience & Skills

- Experience working on large-scale or mission-critical IT systems.

- Exposure to government or public sector IT projects.

- Experience with multi-tier application architectures and system integrations.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.

- Experience in performance optimization, security best practices, and application scalability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
