: Lab Assistant / Sample Processing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and handle specimens as per defined SOPs.

- Assist in sample processing according to established procedures.

- Store samples appropriately to maintain sample integrity.

- Arrange and label samples for easy identification and traceability.

- Dispose of expired or old samples as per SOPs.

- Maintain and file departmental documents and records.

- Read and follow laboratory manuals and SOPs.

- Communicate critical values to the Section Head or Pathologist.

- Follow departmental safety guidelines and laboratory protocols.

- Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal.

- Perform any other duties assigned by seniors.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and sample handling.

- Attention to detail and positive organizational skills.

- Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
