Job Summary

We are looking for a technically proficient Technical Executive with hands-on experience in Network Security/Cybersecurity to support partners and end customers. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), technical implementations, partner training, and technical support across the company's product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs), product demonstrations, and technical implementations for partners and end customers.
- Provide technical training and enablement to channel partners.
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting assistance to partners and end customers.
- Collaborate with partner sales teams to promote the Satcom product portfolio.
- Manage technical sales leads and support partners in progressing business opportunities.
- Onboard and enable new channel partners through technical training and product knowledge sessions.
- Conduct webinars, product presentations,



and technical sessions to support sales initiatives.
- Work closely with sales, support, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product deployment and customer satisfaction.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Network Security / Cybersecurity concepts and solutions.
- Hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting firewalls and networking devices.
- Understanding of network infrastructure, security solutions, and related technologies.
- Experience with leading network security vendors and their products is preferred.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to partners and customers.
- Proficiency in local languages is an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate A technical professional with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Network Security/Cybersecurity, hands-on firewall configuration, networking expertise, and exposure to product demonstrations, POCs, technical support, or partner enablement.
