Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Drafter to support our architectural and interior design projects through accurate technical drawings and comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural drafting, construction detailing, and drawing standards, along with proficiency in ZWCAD and an interest in integrating AI tools into drafting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Drafting & Documentation: Prepare accurate technical drawings and documentation using ZWCAD, ensuring adherence to project requirements and drafting standards.
2. GFC Drawing Preparation: Develop Good for Construction (GFC) drawings with the necessary information for on-site execution.
3. Construction Detailing: Prepare detailed construction drawings, including joinery, furniture, and interior architectural details,



as required.
4. Architectural Drawings: Develop and update plans, elevations, sections, and other technical drawings.
5. Architectural & Interior Documentation: Translate design concepts and specifications into explicit, precise, and execution-ready technical drawings.
6. Drawing Revisions & Updates: Incorporate design changes, technical inputs, and feedback into drawings while maintaining accuracy and consistency across drawing sets.
7. AI Integration: Explore and implement AI tools and workflows to improve drafting efficiency, drawing documentation, and technical accuracy.
8. Coordination & Quality Checks: Coordinate with design and project teams to resolve technical discrepancies and ensure drawings are complete, coordinated, and ready for execution.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in ZWCAD and 2D technical drafting.

Understanding of architectural drawings, construction detailing, and interior documentation.

Ability to prepare plans, elevations, sections, and GFC drawings.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and technical specifications.

Attention to detail and the ability to interpret design inputs accurately.

Familiarity with AI tools and their application in technical drafting is an advantage.
