Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Writer to develop and analyze digital content that supports key business objectives at GEODIS. The successful candidate should have a strong background in technical writing, content management, and eLearning development.

Job Duties

Primary Duties

- Develop digital content, including training materials, user guides, and help documentation for GEODIS' logistics and supply chain management services.

- Analyze existing content, identify gaps, and make recommendations for improvement.

- Design and develop eLearning materials, including storyboards, on-screen texts, and audio scripts.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across GEODIS' business functions to develop high-quality content.

- Conduct analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital content and make data-driven recommendations.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders, including product managers, business analysts, and business SMEs.

- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality content within defined timelines.

Minimum Requirements

Experience/Educational Qualifications





- 2-4 years of experience in technical writing, content management, and eLearning development.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

- Ability to communicate and build positive relationships with stakeholders.

- Experience working with product managers, business analysts, and business SMEs.

- Hands-on experience delivering eLearning material on technology products.

- High level of motivation, self-starter, excellent at follow-up, and team-player.

- Experience with content management systems and eLearning authoring tools.

- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management services.

Essential Skills

- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and communicate changes to stakeholders.

- Experience with CMS (Content Management Systems) tools.

- Basic understanding of Analytics tools.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- High attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work products.
