What you will Own

- Projects across the full lifecycle — planning, development, delivery, and review
- System architecture across multiple services and domains
- API contract standards and data architecture across services
- Event-driven systems and asynchronous processing using Celery
- The hardest scalability, reliability, and distributed-systems problems in the stack

Your Toolkit should include

- Python, Django, REST APIs — clean, quick, production-ready
- PostgreSQL/MySQL with rigorous relational data modeling & query optimisation
- Celery, Redis, and async/event-driven workflows
- Microservices, distributed systems, and system design at scale
- A track record of setting technical standards a team actually adopts

You will stand out if you have

- Made high-impact architectural calls — technology selection,



data architecture, system boundaries
- Owned non-functional concerns at scale: performance, security, reliability, observability
- Reviewed other engineers' designs and shifted team-wide technical direction

Worked with AI/LLM integrations or automation workflows in production systems

This isn't a role for someone who only manages a sprint board.This is for the engineer who thinks in system boundaries, dreams in query plans, and gets genuinely excited when a gnarly scalability problem finally clicks.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
