Roles & Responsibility:
- Supplier Audit coordinator for Factory Plan for the audit schedule as per
CQA Plan.
- Conduct Audit in leadership of Factory Hygienist. Ensure that all factories QA has audit reports of all suppliers Coordinate with Supplier audit coordinator, CQA.
- Issue based interaction with RM/PM vendors & strong follows up for corrective action report in case of deviations.
- Sample handling Train W/H & process team in Sampling Plan, Sampling
Sops & procedures, sample identification & once per month Audit sampling by W/H & process team & submit audit report to QAM/Supply Chain
Manager.
- Receive regulatory requirements FSSR/Halal etc. Receive its interpretation from regulatory affairs and prepare the position of the factory against the requirements.
- Facilitate sample sending for monitoring analysis of RM/PM/FP/Others andadherence to monitoring frequency.
Prepare trends for compliance and trigger corrective action in case of OON findings lab are adhered to. FSMS support to factory FSMS team with respect to food safety requirements related to suppliers.
Raw & Packing Material Release
- Ensure that factory QA has and uses latest SAP specification for all current RM/PM. Owner of SAP & working specs for all RM/PM.
- Review once per Six Months that right SAP specs is followed.
- Update working specification (complying legal & Nestle norms) of RM/PM Supported by Legal compliance & Quality System coordinator of factory.
- Release of RM/PM, maintain records & entries in SAP.
- Ensure exceptional release procedure is respected for RM/PM.
