Position:Technical support L1 And L2

Location: Bengaluru

Experience:2 to 7 years

Notice period: Immeidate to 15 days

:

Tech support background for Microsoft products. Very positive in communication ,International voice support experience is mandatory . Minimum 2 y exp on voice support.

Basic understanding of core network components

Maintaining standards and documentation on an ongoing basis as products and technologies evolve

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with familiarity with ITIL practices.

Excellent English communication skills for both technical documentation and customer interactions.

Should have experience in BPO background
