Role and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible and accountable for all sales and service management functions ensuring that they are delivered in line with standard and operating model
2. Provide leadership, ownership, and accountability for the developed application (supporting Sales & Service Delivery) and ensuring that the operating model is implemented and continually improved upon
3. Develop, implement, monitor and report SLAs that are aligned to industry standards and best practices
4. Responsible to drive integration amongst the teams from other support functions and sales for smooth delivery of accounts
5. Responsible to coach the junior members of the teams 6. 6. Responsive design principles and frameworks Web (W3), mobile and Google best practices/Standards cross browser/device testing and semantic markupReport Lead Power BI, Advanced Excel, Macros DevOps LeadDevOps engineer, Agile principles, Java, bash scripting, JBoss, Wildfly, tomcat, apache

Must have
1. To develop, test and implement recent software programs
2. To ensure the software database is designed and updated
3. To test and recommend software improvements
4. To install, customize and integrate the commercial software packages independently
5. Chatbot development 6. AI experience

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
