- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge delivery practices to improve project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to build collective expertise.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals with client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

- Familiarity with data integration and reporting tools related to SAP SuccessFactors.
