- Axis Mutual Fund is looking for an experienced and skilled MIS & Reporting Analyst to join our Direct business team. You will be responsible for creating regular reports from various sources of daily and weekly business happening on direct assets as well as partner platforms. You will also analyse the data and provide insights to support decision making and strategy formulation. Regularly track business achievement as per planned weekly, monthly targets

Responsibilities

- Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various sources such as Payment gateway, Website & App, Partner sources, Data Warehouses , Qlik etc
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations using advanced Excel features and other tools
- Regularly tracking lead flow generating from various sources & should work on LMS platform to track daily leads generated. Track daily leads generated on digital assets and monitor their progress on LMS platform. Work on LMS Dashboard in sync with business team, Outbound Call-Center team, VRM team.
- Regular connect with various stakeholders to ensure data sanity and accuracy




- Provide timely and accurate reports on key performance indicators, trends, and issues related to digital business.
- Perform data analysis and interpretation to identify opportunities, risks, and recommendations
- Responsible to work with Call-Canter for KYC completion of various leads generating, Regularly tracking new users acquired & KYC completed
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their reporting needs and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and sources.
- Basic Knowledge of Google Analytics GA4
- Work with Datawarehouse team to data crunch of various digital marketing & campaign related segments of company base , campaign performance , conversions

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS and reporting, preferably in the mutual fund industry.
- Proficient in Excel, including formulas, functions, pivot tables, charts, and macros.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
