Our IS & DS team is responsible for Transaction Management & Reporting; Adhering Compliance, Regulations, SLA, & Audits. Distributor Services, Walkin Investor & Phone calls/Email Interaction The team is also responsible for CMS arrangements with Banks. Direct lead generation and Promotion of Digital services (Whatsapp/MF connect and online NCT services) conversion & Handling of transactions and QRCs for Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternate Investments (AIF)

What you will Do

Perform error free branch operations related to Investor services, Sales Support function

Effective Sales support including the transaction & service related queries of the distributors & Investors

Effective Q/R/C Management related to Investor/Distributor Q/R/C

Database & inventory management

Coordination of the dispatch of forms, marketing collaterals, brokerage structure, etc

Accurate preparation & timely sharing of the Sales MIS with the RMs

Expense management & other admin related activities for the sales team

Handling client calls & RM servicing

Visiting Distributors periodically and updating service initiatives

Acting as a single point contact for Preferred Distributors
