Job Title: Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Infrastructure Management

Role Overview:

The AVP of Infrastructure Management is responsible for leading and managing the organization s infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and efficiency. This role involves overseeing assets, servers, network operations, information security, business continuity planning (BCP), and cloud management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization s infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and data centers.
- Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.

- Asset Management:

- Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures.
- Track and manage hardware and software assets, including procurement, deployment, and retirement.
- Maintain accurate records of assets, licenses, and warranties.

- Server Management:

- Manage server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers.
- Monitor server health, capacity, and performance.
- Implement security patches, updates, and backups.

- Network Management:

- Oversee network architecture,



design, and operations.
- Ensure network availability, security, and performance in all branches .

- Information Security:

- Work closely with the information security team to implement security controls and policies.
- Monitor security incidents, conduct risk assessments, and address vulnerabilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Business Continuity Planning (BCP):

- Develop and maintain BCP strategies and plans.
- Coordinate disaster recovery efforts and ensure timely restoration of services.
- Conduct regular BCP drills and exercises.

- Cloud Management:

- Define and execute the organization s cloud strategy.
- Evaluate, select, and manage cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Optimize cloud resources, monitor costs, and ensure security and compliance.

- Vendor Management:

- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of infrastructure services.
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts.

- Team Leadership:

- Lead a team of infrastructure professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
