- To help the organization in establishing, implementing and overseeing various Risk Management and Compliance practices and policies in AIF and PMS business to identify and assess risks in investment functions and help establish mitigants to address these risks.

JOB ROLE:

- Help establish and implement various risk management practices and policies within the PMS/AIF function of the AMC.
- To identify and monitor various scheme level risks (including market and credit risk elements) in the Portfolios of MF schemes, and thereby establish processes to control and mitigate the same.
- Monitor and analyze scheme performance and risk attribution reports of PMS/AIF schemes.
- Commercial real estate / credit review
- Quartile analysis
- Risk adjusted performance measures such as Tracking Error, Information Ratio, Coverage Ratio, Sharpe Ratio in respect of Scheme portfolio.
- Peer portfolio analysis for various equity & fixed income categories.
- Help establish and implement various risk management practices with respect to the investment function.
- Monitoring dealing room controls




- Monitoring of daily trades executed vis- -vis the defined internal risk metrics.
- Analysis of the red s to correlate the transactions with various modes of recorded communication.
- Review of various modes of recorded communication used by the investment team and enhancing the controls thereon.
- Incident escalation and Closure of the same by putting adequate controls in place.
- Preparation and timely reporting of various reports to be submitted to the management, boards, etc on Risk Management related aspects.
- Analysis of Block/Bulk deals
- Ensure adequacy of backup of records pertaining to recorded communication and easy retrieval of the same.
- Liaising with various internal stakeholders, auditors and regulatory

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
- Proficiency in Bloomberg is an added advantage
- Ability to handle multiple activities and take on additional responsibilities.
- Good understanding of equity, debt and derivative market segments
- Should be solid in verbal & written communication.
- Should be timely and accurate in the job.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Relevant experience in PMS/AIF domain is mandatory.
- FRM certified/CA/CFA
