- Perform Value Stream mapping,Root cause analysis,Benchmarking,Cause and Effect analysis,VOC analysis,Business proposition analysis etc as per project requirement . .

Collaborate with senior client stakeholders (Department/Functional Heads, Team Leads) to understand the business requirements existing reporting state, translate them to specific project requirements, align on the objectives to be achieved on projects Perform Value Stream mapping, Root cause analysis, Benchmarking, Cause and Effect analysis, VOC analysis, Business proposition analysis etc as per project requirement

Collaborate with internal Product/Technology teams to facilitate solution development and proactively identify and address potential technical and process challenges, and ensure that project objectives are met





Drive enhancements of processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness (Process Improvement)

Project management as per DMAIC methodology

Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders about the project status and drive meetings to meet the objectives of the assigned projects

What makes you a Great Fit

2-4 years experience of working in or collaborating with Tech, Business and Product

Positive understanding of Project Management framework/process

Strong problem-solving, process discipline, and analytical skills
