: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales Role Overview: We are looking for a result-oriented Team Leader to manage and guide our real estate sales team, drive property sales, and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team.
- Assign leads, monitor follow-ups, and track sales performance.
- Guide team members in client handling, property presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong client and channel-partner relationships.
- Monitor sales targets, prepare performance reports, and support deal closures.
Requirements
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in real estate sales or team management preferred.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Job Type: Full time | On-site
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
