Role Description The Team Leader Operations Collections is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for leading a collections team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring collection targets and service level agreements are met.

The Team

Leader will monitor performance metrics, review collection accounts, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Daily activities include coaching and mentoring team members, handling escalations, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards. The role also involves preparing operational reports,



supporting training initiatives, and promoting a disciplined, performance-focused work culture.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to manage escalations and maintain professional client interactions.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and identify trends for process improvement.
- Experience in Operations Management, including overseeing collections workflows and meeting performance targets.
- Proven People Management capabilities, such as team leadership, coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with teams, clients, and management.
- Prior experience in collections, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle processes, preferably in BPO or shared services environments.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required, and maintain high levels of accuracy under time-sensitive conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
- Familiarity with collection tools, CRM systems, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
