Role Overview

We are looking for a Team Lead to manage day-to-day caregiver operations, ensure deployment readiness, maintain service quality and drive accountability across a distributed, people-intensive workforce. The Captain acts as the key link between caregivers, customers and KARELY's operations team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience: 2–4+ years in operations, with preference for candidates from daycare centres, preschools, Montessori schools, nursery schools, early childhood education centres or childcare administration.
- Relevant Roles: Daycare / Preschool Administrator, Centre Coordinator, Centre Manager, Montessori School Administrator, Operations Supervisor or equivalent roles involving parent coordination, staff management and centre operations.
- Alternative Experience: Candidates from hospitality, healthcare,



staffing, home services or other people-intensive, customer-facing operations will also be considered if they demonstrate strong workforce-management capabilities.
- People Management: Experience managing frontline teams, caregivers, teachers, assistants or other distributed staff is strongly preferred.
- Core Competencies: Child safety awareness, parent communication, people management, conflict resolution, ownership, operational discipline, problem-solving and solid execution.
