Google Pay Team Leader – (JD)A Google Pay Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of sales executives, driving merchant onboarding, increasing Google Pay usage, achieving business targets, and ensuring strong relationships with merchants.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management: Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Merchant Acquisition: Identify and onboard new merchants, retailers, shops, and business partners to Google Pay services.

Business Development: Drive merchant activation, QR code deployment, and transaction growth.

Target Achievement: Set team targets, track individual performance, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.

Field Sales Management: Plan daily field visits, allocate territories, and monitor the team's on-ground activities.





Performance Monitoring: Prepare daily sales reports, review KPIs, and share progress updates with the reporting manager.

Training and Coaching: Train team members on product features, sales techniques, merchant engagement, and customer service.

Relationship Management: Maintain solid relationships with merchants and resolve issues related to onboarding and transactions.

Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and potential merchant locations.
