Roles Responsibilities:

- Monitors and obtains discovery responses.
- Supports case preparation by preparing case summaries, prepares pleadings;
- Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.




- Develop cases by preparing and forwarding Summonses amp; Complaints
- Preparing and filing discovery requests, preparing responses to opposing counsel
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

- Set transparent team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines for targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance/targets and report on metrics

- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Drafting of Litigation documents, generating status reports.
