Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of AR Callers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for accounts receivable (AR) collection.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce denial rates, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue cycle management (RCM).

- Collaborate with other departments such as billing, coding, and patient access to resolve issues related to claims processing and payment posting.

- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address them.SME Can apply

Job Requirements :

- 5-8 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in the medical services/hospital industry.

- Robust knowledge of RCM principles, practices, and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and internal stakeholders.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding productivity targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
