Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for Team Lead / Senior Lead / Associate Architect / Architect positions. The role involves leading technical design and implementation of integration, cloud, and digital transformation solutions, guiding teams through end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and support.

Responsibilities include defining solution architectures, reviewing code and design, ensuring best practices, performance, and security compliance, and collaborating closely with clients to refine technical requirements and provide consultative guidance. The role also includes mentoring team members, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders,



and contributing to standardization of processes, reusable assets, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong solution architecture and technical leadership skills, including experience designing and implementing complex integration or cloud-based systems.
- Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in one or more integration and API platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, API management tools, microservices frameworks) and related best practices.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of cloud technologies and services (e.g., Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, SaaS platforms such as Salesforce or NetSuite) relevant to enterprise digital modernization.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in software engineering fundamentals, including design patterns, performance optimization, security, and scalable application development.
- Candidates should possess strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a consultative, collaborative manner.
- Candidates should possess experience in leading teams, mentoring engineers, conducting code/design reviews, and driving delivery quality and timelines.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience; prior experience in IT consulting or system integration is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate in a agile, fast-paced environment, with a focus on continuous learning and keeping up with emerging technologies.
