Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and coach a team of quality analysts or inspectors

- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members

- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on quality and excellence

- Quality Assurance:Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of products or services at various stages of production or delivery

- Identify and communicate quality-related issues to relevant stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and company policies

- Process Improvement:Continuously analyze processes to identify areas for improvement

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements





- Track and measure the effectiveness of process improvements

- Data Analysis:Collect and analyze quality-related data to identify trends and areas of concern

- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive quality improvements

- Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality assessments and findings

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate quality performance to management

- Training and Development:Provide training to team members on quality standards, processes, and tools

- Support the qualified growth and development of team members

- Customer Focus:Collaborate with customer support and product development teams to address customer feedback and issues related to product quality

- Audit and Compliance:Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements

- Participate in external audits and assist in compliance initiatives
