Location : Hyderabad.

Shift Hours : Day Shift (9.30 AM 6.30 PM) Monday to Friday, Saturday (8:30 AM 1:30 PM)

Duration : Full Time/ Permanent.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters, ensuring recruitment goals are met.
- Develop and execute C2H / FTE hiring strategies tailored to the IT industry.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior IT Recruiter, specifically in C2H/FTE hiring.
- In-depth knowledge of the telecom industry and its talent needs.
- Hand-On experience with POC's Handling and team handling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
