Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 4 7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of sales achievement.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficient in CRM tools and basic MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of local real estate laws, market dynamics, and documentation.
- RERA certification (preferred or as required by local jurisdiction).
- Should possess own vehicle and willingness to travel locally for meetings/site visits
