Salary: 35,000 40,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday Saturday

Weekends: 2nd & 4th Saturdays are OFF

About the Role

We are looking for a specialized Tax Recruiter with experience in hiring professionals for Global Tax Consulting functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US Tax and Tax Advisory profiles and be capable of managing the recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure.

Key Hiring Areas The recruiter will primarily work on hiring for:

- US Federal Tax
- SALT State & Local Tax
- Transaction Advisory / Transaction Tax
- Tax Consulting & Advisory roles
- Other specialized Global Tax positions

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Global Tax and Consulting positions.
- Understand technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical expertise, experience, communication skills, and role suitability.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of specialized Tax professionals.




- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate compensation and support candidates through the offer and joining process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure positions are closed within agreed TAT and hiring targets.

Required Skills

- 25 years of experience in specialized recruitment / tax recruitment.
- Experience hiring for US Tax / Global Tax / Tax Consulting roles.
- Good understanding of Federal Tax, SALT, and Transaction Advisory/Tax profiles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple specialized requirements simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and offer-closure skills.

Preferred

- Experience working with Big 4 / Global Consulting / Tax Consulting firms.
- Prior experience recruiting niche or highly specialized Tax professionals will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
