We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the Tamil Voice Process Executive role at Premier Housing & Properties.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and handle incoming enquiries.
- Explain real estate projects, plots, and property details to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and generate leads.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer details and call reports in Excel.
- Communicate with customers professionally in Tamil.
Required Skills
- Good Tamil communication skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
