Hiring: Tandoor Commi I
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook tandoori dishes, kebabs, and other items as per kitchen standards
- Operate and maintain the tandoor safely and efficiently
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
- Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and preparation
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
- Monitor ingredients and ensure proper storage and stock management
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar kitchen role
- Good knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques and Indian cuisine
- Hands-on experience with tandoor equipment and preparation methods
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Responsible, organized, and a good team player
