Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Development professional to drive technical learning, competency development and workforce readiness initiatives for engineering teams. The role involves partnering with Delivery Leaders, Technology/Practice Leaders and SMEs to identify skill gaps and design learning solutions aligned with business and technology priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI) to identify current and future skill gaps.
- Design and implement technical upskilling, reskilling, cross-skilling and certification programs.
- Manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle, including needs analysis, solution design, deployment, assessment and effectiveness measurement.
- Develop role-based learning journeys, technical competency matrices, skill frameworks and proficiency models.
- Partner with engineering teams, technical SMEs and business stakeholders to drive capability development and project readiness.
- Track learning effectiveness, skill progression, certifications and workforce readiness using data-driven insights.
- Leverage LMS platforms,



digital learning technologies and AI/GenAI tools to enhance learning design, content and assessments.
- Manage multiple learning initiatives, internal SMEs and external learning vendors to ensure effective and timely execution.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in Talent Development / Learning & Development, preferably in IT Services or a technology-driven organization.
- Solid experience in technical learning and engineering capability development.
- Expertise in TNA/TNI, competency mapping, learning journeys, upskilling and certification programs.
- Knowledge of LMS platforms, digital learning tools and learning analytics.
- Working knowledge of AI/GenAI applications in learning and development.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, program management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in HR, L&D;, Business or a related field is preferred.
- Technology-related educational background is an advantage.
