Position- Manager-Talent Management

Location- Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Management Strategy: Develop and implement talent strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational growth.
- Performance Management: Drive the end-to-end PMS cycle, including goal setting, KPI alignment, performance reviews, and calibration.
- Competency Management: Develop competency frameworks and conduct competency mapping across manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions.
- Leadership Development: Identify High-Potential (HiPo) employees and drive leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Succession Planning: Identify critical positions, conduct talent reviews, and build succession pipelines for leadership and technical roles.
- Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps, design training calendars, and implement technical, behavioural, managerial, and leadership development programs.
- Employee Engagement: Drive engagement surveys, recognition programs, and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.




- Career Development: Establish career progression frameworks, internal mobility initiatives, and development pathways.
- Talent Analytics: Monitor talent KPIs, including succession coverage, HiPo retention, internal promotions, training effectiveness, and critical talent attrition.
- Change Management & HRBP: Partner with Plant HR, Corporate HR, and business leaders to drive organizational development and change initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- 12+ exp (Minimum 6 to 8 years in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or Leadership Development)
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Experience in manufacturing industry such as Plastic, Engineering, Automotive, Consumer Durables, Manufacturing, or Industrial.
- Exposure to multi-plant manufacturing environments is preferred.
