- Graduate in Sports Management, Sports Coaching, or Physical Education.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Postgraduate qualification and experience in sports talent identification programmes are desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Support talent identification trials, assessment camps, and athlete development programmes.
- Coordinate with coaches, sports organisations, and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor athlete performance, training, and development.
- Support sports science integration and research on best practices.
- Prepare SOPs, monitoring reports, presentations, and programme documentation.
Mandatory Skills
- Knowledge of India's Talent Identification and Development (TID) ecosystem.
- Understanding of sports science, athlete monitoring, and sports analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and database management.
- Robust coordination, research, and communication skills.
